Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gaius Julius Caesar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Julius Hallava (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Caesar's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, How do you gauge Caesar?. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Julius Hallava was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Dean Styles and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hallava throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.

Caesar shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Hallava can do anything to dispel that myth.

Caesar closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Caesar lands in his opponent's guard.
Caesar controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Caesar takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Caesar's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Hallava lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Caesar circles away quickly and effectively.

I would just about give that final round to Julius Hallava.
