The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rakobesyan throws a nice outside leg kick.
Iwanowitch throws a sloppy head kick and Rakobesyan moves out of range easily.
Iwanowitch scores with a head kick. Rakobesyan tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Iwanowitch goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
No joy there for Rakobesyan, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Rakobesyan looks to land a right hand but Iwanowitch moved out of range.
Rakobesyan moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

Iwanowitch is rocked!

It looks like Iwanov Iwanowitch has been cut.
Iwanowitch throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Rakobesyan.
Iwanowitch is still on wobbly legs! Can Rakobesyan finish him?
Rakobesyan lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Iwanowitch forces Rakobesyan back against the cage and clinches.
Iwanowitch seems to have recovered his senses.

Iwanowitch is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Rakobesyan takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Iwanowitch has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Rakobesyan tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Ashot Rakobesyan is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Iwanowitch throws a head kick that misses.

Iwanowitch has taken the fight to the clinch.
Rakobesyan wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Iwanowitch pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Rakobesyan drops Iwanowitch with a huge uppercut! Iwanowitch drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Rakobesyan is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
