Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Ivan Kurochkin and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marena is looking to clinch.
Bruno Marena seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Marena darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Norton looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Norton looking to force a kimura from the bottom here. He's concentrating on that move too much though and Marena pushes past his half guard into mount!
Marena can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Norton is looking to escape.

Marena really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Norton. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Norton tries to kick Marena off but Marena keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Norton is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Norton is not content to let Marena control the position.

Marena is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Norton is just riding it out for now. Marena eventually gives up the hold.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Marena stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Norton swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Norton is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Marena defends well.
Norton bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Marena's guard.
Norton really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

A close round but Bruno Marena will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Marena looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Norton!
Marena is looking to take a break and control but Norton is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Norton has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Marena can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Marena got a little sloppy there for a moment and Norton has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Marena has managed to get both his arms back between Norton's legs - danger averted.

Norton looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Marena is defending well. Norton quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Marena has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Norton celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
