Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mikko Rourke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Barrett Wallace (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wallace has chosen Gimme the Loot as his entrance music. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rourke swats away the attempt to clinch by Wallace.

Rourke drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Rourke is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Wallace has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Wallace!

Rourke has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Wallace can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Wallace lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Wallace.
Wallace tries to close the distance and clinch but Rourke swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Rourke has his foot on Wallace's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Wallace works his way back into a safe position though.

Rourke escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Wallace gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

and Rourke counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Wallace's guard now.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Rourke accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Rourke drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Wallace dives on top into guard.

Wallace stands and steps away. Rourke gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

That was a close second round but I would say that Mikko Rourke will probably get the nod.

Rourke shoots for a double leg takedown but Wallace sprawls well. He's pushed Rourke's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Rourke is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Wallace.

Wallace throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
