Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
santos is looking to clinch.
santos catches Gamma with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Gamma takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
santos lands with a kick to the ribs.
The fight stays on the outside here - santos looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
santos tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Gamma paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Gamma.

Gamma tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

Gamma decides to stand back up.
santos moves in looking to clinch but Gamma pushes him off.
Gamma shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with santos but santos pushes him off and we're back to square one.

santos lands a jab-cross combination.

Gamma darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Gamma is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.

Gamma throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gamma is pressing down on santos's thigh, looking to free his foot. santos is holding on for now.

and Gamma counters with a nice double leg into guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Gamma stands up over santos, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
santos is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Gamma is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Gamma is looking to work some ground and pound but santos has wrist control.

Gamma slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

Gamma gets to his feet - santos follows without any prompting.
santos avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
santos tries to clinch but Gamma moves away

and Gamma counters with a shoot takedown. santos fights it but they end up in guard.
Gamma looking to sit in guard and control but santos gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
santos wants to control from the top but Gamma keeps moving.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Gamma is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Gamma has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can santos defend it? Gamma steps over the head and cranks it - santos is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Gamma!
