PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ali Hassan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Than Asos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Asos comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Spartan Graunt kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hassan avoids the head kick by Asos.
Asos shoots in looking for a takedown. Hassan tries to sprawl out of it but Asos keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Hassan manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Asos tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Hassan manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
A looping hook to the body misses from Hassan. Asos does a little dance to reset his feet.
Asos moves forwards but Hassan connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Asos tries to score a power double leg takedown but Hassan sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Asos somewhat.
Asos tries to close the distance and clinch but Hassan swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Asos finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
