The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pappas tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Blachowicz swivels and escapes.
Pappas looking to score a takedown here. Blachowicz is defending well but Pappas drives through and ends up in Blachowicz's guard.
Blachowicz preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Pappas postures up in Blachowicz's guard and throws a big left but Blachowicz blocks it.
Blachowicz seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.
Pappas stands over his opponent and dives in with a flying punch! Blachowicz throws up his legs and catches Pappas in a triangle! Oh this looks tight! Pappas tries to escape but he's forced to tap! Wow, fantastic work there by Blachowicz! That came out of nowhere!
