The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pettis closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Oley can't do much from the bottom here.
Pettis is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Oley knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Pettis is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Oley is trying to escape and Pettis transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Oley is forced to tap! Nice work there by Pettis! Very nice indeed!
