Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Julio Vasquel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Scott Davies (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vasquel kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is N-17-Hail. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Davies avoids a punch combination nicely.
Vasquel gets a clinch.
Davies wants a takedown.
Vasquel breaks the clinch.

Davies tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Davies ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Davies no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Vasquel stands and steps away. Davies gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Vasquel darts in and clinches Davies up against the cage.

Davies is working for takedown but Vasquel is calmly controlling the position for now.
Vasquel breaks the clinch.
A big right followed by a crushing left from Vasquel knocks Davies out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
