Hardy fails with the takedown.

Waterdeep looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Waterdeep is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Hardy doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Waterdeep.

Waterdeep cracks Hardy with a big right hand but Hardy just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Hardy is bucking up trying to escape but Waterdeep cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Waterdeep is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Hardy is forced to tap! Great finish!
