Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Yaniv Schulmann!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Elvis Blanc and Ian Loll.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tirta tries to close the distance and clinch but Schulmann swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Schulmann has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Tirta dives in and scores a takedown into Schulmann's guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Tirta trying to control the position from guard on top but Schulmann is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Schulmann is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Schulmann takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Tirta is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Well, if Schulmann is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Tirta might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Schulmann is thwarting Tirta's attempts to control the position.
Schulmann is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Schulmann slows the pace down in half guard.
Schulmann's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Schulmann circles away from the clinch attempt.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Tirta checks a leg kick.
Schulmann connects with a jab.
Schulmann throws a hook to the side of Tirta's head but Tirta sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Schulmann uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Tirta.
Schulmann lands a head shot.
Tirta uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Schulmann.
Tirta is trying hard to land a takedown here. Schulmann sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Tirta tries to close the distance and clinch but Schulmann swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Schulmann misses with a leg kick.
Schulmann takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Schulmann is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Oooooh!!! Schulmann has knocked Tirta down with a huge combo! Schulmann steps away and waves a wobbly Tirta back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Tirta is rocked!

It looks like Fransino Tirta has been cut.
Tirta moves out of range of the strikes.
Oh Tirta is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Tirta tries to clinch but Schulmann is having none of it.
Schulmann drops Tirta with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Tirta! Schulmann dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Yaniv Schulmann!
A relieved looking Yaniv Schulmann thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
