Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Micah Hamilton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and DJ Wilkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, DJ Wilkins!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Steve Smith and William Peck.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Wilkins clinches up with Hamilton and pushes him back against the cage.
Wilkins is trying to force a seperation but Hamilton has the dominant position.
Wilkins is looking to break free of the clinch but Hamilton has double underhooks.

Wilkins breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Hamilton really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
The crowd are getting pretty annoyed with Hamilton for his constant stalling in the clinch and are voicing their displeasure.

Hamilton gets control of Wilkins's arms and successfully pulls guard. Hamilton will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Wilkins lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hamilton circles away quickly and effectively.

Hamilton decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Hamilton, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
