The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roberson avoids a punch combination nicely.
Roberson shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Zinandinjo defends it nicely.

Roberson throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Zinandinjo was covering up waiting for the punch and Roberson finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Roberson closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Roberson turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Roberson manages to end up in side control.

Roberson goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Zinandinjo has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Roberson but great work by Zinandinjo.
