Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Red Belt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sarmith Creston (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Belt comes to the cage accompanied by Dance of the Knights. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Sarmith Creston enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 14 - 0, fighting out of London, Red Belt!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Sarmith Creston!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Sam Margolis and Richard Clark.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Creston scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.


It looks like Red Belt has been cut.
Red Belt seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Belt dives in for a single leg takedown but Creston sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Creston misses with a punch to the body.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Creston.
Creston digs a right hand into Belt's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Belt's gas tank.

Belt jumps guard and drags Creston to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Creston tries to free his leg and advance position but Belt is retaining full guard.

Creston has gone for a leg lock! Belt slips out almost immediately though and dives into Creston's guard.
Creston is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Belt is really struggling to control Creston but he's trying to hold on to the position.
Belt has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Creston utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Creston escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Belt gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Creston working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Belt doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Belt manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Belt wants to control from the top but Creston keeps moving.

Creston has his foot on Belt's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Belt works his way back into a safe position though.

Belt is working Creston over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Belt wants to control from the top but Creston keeps moving.
Belt has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Creston escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Belt gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Belt pushes down on Creston's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Creston is looking for a sweep. Belt is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Belt tries to pass to full mount but Creston defends it.

Belt wants to control but Creston is keeping him busy.

Belt is looking for a kimura but Creston is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Belt to get the leverage.
Belt wants to take a breather but Creston is having none of it.
Creston works his way to full guard. Good work.
Creston has momentary wrist control but Belt slips an elbow through the middle.

Creston is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Belt pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Creston is keeping the position for now.

Belt drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Creston manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Belt has Creston in his guard.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Belt holds on and takes a little breather.

Belt is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

That was a close round but I would say that Red Belt will probably get the nod.

Belt tries to advance position but instead Creston slips a leg back in to half guard.
Belt is trying to control. Creston wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Creston lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Creston drops back, looking for a kneebar! Belt looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Belt looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Belt!

Belt is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Creston knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Red Belt overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Creston goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Belt rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Creston's guard! Nice work there by Belt!
