The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wright defending well as Kassam Mumbara loads up on a big left hand.
Wright throws a looping overhand right but Kassam Mumbara ducks down to avoid it.
Kassam Mumbara fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Wright on the side of the head.
Wright bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Kassam Mumbara has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

It looks like Yussuf Kassam Mumbara has been cut.
Wright shoots in looking for a takedown but Kassam Mumbara manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Wright's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Kassam Mumbara stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Kassam Mumbara wants it to stay on the feet.
