Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rex Lynch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ricky Konda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Ricky Konda!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Steven Brown and Chris Edwards.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Konda misses with a series of wild punches.

Konda takes the fight into the clinch.

Konda closes the distance and pushes Lynch back into the cage.
Konda has had enough of the clinch but Lynch keeps him there for the moment.
Lynch jumps guard but Konda turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Lynch fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Lynch tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Konda smiles and moves away.

Konda lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Lynch circles away quickly and effectively.

Konda will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Lynch has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Konda stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Konda wants it to stay on the feet.

Lynch really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Konda breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Konda throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Lynch.
Konda connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Lynch! He's out on his feet! Konda rushes in and drops Lynch with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
