Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Illya Tyunina and Aleksandr Martynov.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Briefs throws a series of punches but Terry avoids them all with ease.
Terry wants to clinch
letting Briefs counter with a right hand.

Terry tries to keep at a distance but Briefs has taken the fight into the clinch.

Briefs manages to break the clinch.
Briefs buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Briefs falls off balance throwing a combination

and Terry counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Terry throwing shots but Briefs is blocking nicely.
Terry controlling the pace.
Terry has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Monty Terry has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Briefs throws a series of punches but Terry moves out of range.
Briefs misses with a kick to the body.
Terry tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Briefs paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Briefs misses with a two punch combination.
Briefs slips a jab and a cross from Terry.
Briefs pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Terry shoots in looking for a takedown but Briefs manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Terry's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Terry changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Briefs tries to avoid it but Terry manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Briefs to the ground. Briefs escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Briefs clinches with his opponent.
Terry jumps guard but Briefs turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Monty Terry. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Briefs misses with an elbow over the top.
Briefs lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Briefs stalling the fight.

Terry pulls Briefs into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Briefs trying to control but Terry is working from the bottom.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Trunks Briefs.
Briefs lands a nice leg kick that just misses Terry's sensitive parts.
Briefs is looking to slow Terry down with leg kicks.
Terry really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
A solid leg kick lands there for Briefs.

Sloppy strikes from Briefs. Those never looked like landing.
Briefs rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Terry moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Terry has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Briefs finds it's way round the side to connect with Terry's head.

Briefs darts in and clinches Terry up against the cage.
Briefs working some nice short punches in the clinch.

Terry is rocked!
Briefs landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Oh Terry is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Briefs lands with a short shot to the head.
Briefs crunches a lovely knee into Terry's ribcage.
Terry is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Briefs to keep the fight standing.
Terry is breathing heavily.
Briefs displaying some good clinch control by pressing Terry up against the cage.
Briefs lands a big knee to the head and Terry goes down! Briefs pounces and finishes the fight with strikes! He jumps to his feet and celebrates with the crowd!
