Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Byron Benjamin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Dara Singh!
The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Peter Branson and Winston Alpacca.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Benjamin scores with a nice strike.
Benjamin lands a really nice looking cross but Singh seems unphased.
Singh avoids the body shot from Benjamin.
We've been told by Benjamin's head coaches at Evil Emp-HEAD HUNTERS FIGHTCLUB ELITE that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Benjamin fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Singh on the side of the head.
Benjamin will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Benjamin goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Singh should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Benjamin shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Singh eats them both and turns towards Benjamin to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
This has been an exciting period of action!

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.


Benjamin lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Benjamin tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Singh is able to avoid easily.

Good leg kick by Benjamin there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Singh might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Benjamin has got the better of the exchanges.

Singh looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Benjamin is fending him off so far but Singh persists. Nope, Benjamin circles away and we're back to standing.

Singh shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Singh takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Benjamin takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Benjamin is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Singh can do to turn this around?

Benjamin lands with a right that hurts Singh. Singh looks to clinch but Benjamin throws a short knee that drops Singh. This one is all over!
