The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee moves out of range as Banks throws a body kick.
Lee throws a lazy right hand but Banks sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Banks misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Banks will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Lee connects with a solid leg kick.
Banks throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Lee takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
A jab lands there for Banks.
A head kick misses from Lee.

Lee gets a clinch.

Lee breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Banks throws a head kick but Lee moves out of range.
Lee wants to clinch up but Banks keeps it at a distance.
Lee chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Banks can pounce on him.
Lee keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A big right from Banks misses.
Banks scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Lee doesn't seem bothered though.

A slapping leg kick lands for Lee.
Lee works over Banks's head and body with a nice combination.
Lee takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Lee misses with a few strikes there.
Lee uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Banks.
Lee swings for the body but Banks moves out of range.
Banks misses with a low kick.
Banks pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Lee tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Lee wants to clinch up but Banks keeps it at a distance.
Banks throws a leg kick but Lee sees it coming and moves out of range.

An inside leg kick lands from Banks.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Lee ducks under a wild hook from Banks.
Lee's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Lee duly obliges.

It looks like Rob Banks has been cut.
Lee wants to clinch.
Lee just misses with a punch to the body.
Banks tries a head kick but it misses.
Banks throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Banks throws a shot from downtown. Lee moves away and avoids it.
Banks throws a push kick but Lee slaps the foot to one side.
Lee fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Lee takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Banks.
Banks scores with a kick to the midsection.
Lee gets cracked there but stands up to it.

Banks avoids the head kick by Lee.
Banks buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Lee drives through and clinches with Banks against the cage.
Banks misses with a hook to the ribs.

Banks breaks the clinch.
Banks wants to land a leg kick but Lee is out of range.
A slapping leg kick lands for Banks.
Banks throws a hook but Lee avoids it easily.
Lee is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Lee is rocked!
Lee drops his hands momentarily and Banks needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Lee just on the top of the head. Lee drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Lee - he's done!
