And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Paul Gruel and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by Howard or perhaps it was just good defense by Juana which made him look bad.
Howard shoots and misses
and Juana counters with a body kick that stops Howard in his tracks momentarily.
Howard misses with a takedown attempt - Juana sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Pipe Juana has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mike Howard.
Howard tries for a takedown but Juana circles away easily
and Juana counters with a nice leg kick.
Howard shoots in looking for a takedown but Juana manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Howard's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Howard gets tackled into the cage by Juana. Juana maintains the clinch.
Howard has Juana pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Juana manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Howard is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Juana gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Juana has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Howard clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Howard is very frustrated here, being controlled quite effectively by Juana.
Juana is working hard for the rear naked choke here.
Juana is working on the RNC. He looks like he's got it but Howard won't tap... Oh, he's out! The ref rips Juana off his unconscious opponent!
