And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Shigeki Sano and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Contreras decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Contreras could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Luz looking for submissions off his back.
Luz is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Contreras's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Contreras's back!
Luz goes for a risky armbar from back mount and it's not paid off. Contreras escapes and is now in half guard on top.
Luz has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Contreras. Oh but Luz has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Contreras goes limp - he's gone! Luz jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
