The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lopp clinches up with Yates and pushes him back against the cage.
Come on Lopp - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Lopp breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Yates throws out a loose jab but Lopp uses good head movement to avoid it.

Lop Lopp seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Yates has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Post fight, an emotional Aaron Yates said 'I respect him, but the last fight left questions,but basically he is a one trick pony and i will be glad to finish the trilogy fight and square this off. This isn t over boy!'.
