And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Heinrich Gulastav!
The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Jeff Smith and Paul Gruel.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ching tries to clinch up but Gulastav circles away and keeps his distance.
Ching showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Gulastav.

Gulastav avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Gulastav fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Gulastav will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Gulastav drives through and clinches with Ching against the cage.

Gulastav is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.
Ching is looking to control Gulastav's arms but Gulastav gets an underhook and turns him. Now Ching has his back to the cage.
Ching keeps control of Gulastav as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Ching looks to throw an elbow but misses.
Gulastav is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.

Gulastav content to slow the pace in the clinch.

Ching pulls guard effortlessly.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Gulastav is looking to advance position but Ching has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Gulastav wants to hold on but Ching pushes him away.
Ching wants to control the pace but Gulastav is squirming around nicely.

Ching is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet!
Gulastav tries to bum rush Ching with a series of wild strikes but Ching uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
The fight stays on the outside here - Ching looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Gulastav lands a slapping body shot.

Ching throws a sloppy head kick and Gulastav moves out of range easily.

Gulastav drops Ching with a beautiful combination! Ching stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Gulastav is looking for the KO!


It looks like Mana Ching has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Heinrich Gulastav seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gulastav connects with a right hand. Ching shakes it off.
Gulastav is throwing punches like he's double parked. Oh my word! Huge right hand from Gulastav shuts the power down on Ching. Lights out, game over! Gulastav is your winner.
