The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Frost takes the fight into the clinch.

Frost breaks the clinch.
Becker changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Becker ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Becker thows a body shot but no joy.
Frost misses with a head kick.
Becker misses with a double jab

and Frost counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

Becker tries to break free but Frost pushes him back against the cage.

Frost escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Becker misses with a wild body shot.
Frost misses with a head kick.
Frost shoots in but no luck this time.
Becker lands a body shot.
Frost shoots in looking for a takedown but Becker manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Frost's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Grim Becker has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Steve Frost.
Becker blocks a head kick by Frost.
Frost looks winded!
Becker lands with a good body shot.
Frost throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Frost takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Becker dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Becker connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Becker is looking to wear down Frost with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Becker pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Frost back to the cage. Becker follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
