The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sloppy strikes from Hodges. Those never looked like landing.
Firetower thuds a left hand into Hodges's body.
Firetower lands with a good body shot.
Firetower fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Hodges looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Firetower throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Hodges walks into a left hand.
Hodges tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Firetower listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Firetower cracks a nice hook into Hodges's ribs.

Hodges shoots in for a takedown but Firetower shows good takedown defense.

Firetower fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

Firetower connects with a looping right hand.
Firetower smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Firetower dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Firetower's corner calls for a 1-2. Firetower obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Hodges takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Firetower fakes the body blow, causing Hodges to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Hodges goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
