Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Rudi Guns (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and micheal smoker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying smoker's choice of entrance music: lil wayne mrs officer. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
smoker keeps Guns at a distance using the push kick.

smoker is looking to work some ground and pound but Guns has wrist control.

Guns has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but smoker can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

smoker is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Guns is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Guns isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. smoker stacks Guns on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by smoker!

smoker closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Guns tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but smoker wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

smoker closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Guns to the mat! Guns manages to get full guard.

smoker wants to stand but Guns is controlling his posture from full guard.

The fight stays on the outside here - smoker looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Guns shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Guns is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged smoker with him. smoker is trying to defend but Guns has an arm under the chin now! smoker grimaces and is forced to tap out!
