Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Aharon Ter Terteryan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexander Borovcov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ter Terteryan shoots in for a double leg but Borovcov sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Borovcov changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ter Terteryan tries to avoid it but Borovcov manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ter Terteryan to the ground. Ter Terteryan escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Ter Terteryan closes the distance but Borovcov moves to the side

and Borovcov counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Borovcov passes Ter Terteryan's left leg - he's now in half guard.

Ter Terteryan might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Borovcov seems to be working for a kimura but Ter Terteryan defends the submission attempt.

Ter Terteryan throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Borovcov is keen to just control but Ter Terteryan is a slippery customer.
Borovcov wants to pass the guard but Ter Terteryan is defending well.

Borovcov is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Ter Terteryan sees it coming and defends easily.

Ter Terteryan could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Ter Terteryan is staying active underneath Borovcov, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Borovcov is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Ter Terteryan is just riding it out for now. Borovcov eventually gives up the hold.
