The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rice fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Jenele avoids it really well and circles away.
Jenele looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Jenele tries to score a power double leg takedown but Rice sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Jenele somewhat.

Jenele has Rice up against the cage in a clinch.
Rice using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Jenele has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Rice wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
