The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Russell Pearce and Anthony Taglia.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Walter stuffs the takedown attempt from Thompson. Thompson gets slowly back to his feet.
Thompson closes this distance looking for a takedown but Walter circles away.
Thompson shoots in looking for a takedown but Walter manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Thompson's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Walter stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Walter wants it to stay on the feet.
Issac Thompson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Thompson goes for a double leg but Walter avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Walter continues to drive forward.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Walter is looking for a triangle but Thompson pushes his legs off easily.

Walter is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Thompson has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Walter has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

Thompson will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Oooooh!!! Walter has knocked Thompson down with a huge combo! Walter steps away and waves a wobbly Thompson back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

It looks like Issac Thompson has been cut.
Issac Thompson is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Thompson walks straight into a right hand from Walter - that's dropped him! Walter jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Thompson from any more punishment! Thompson complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:19 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Sebastian Walter!

Sebastian Walter was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
