Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Colton Reyes Jr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David McDonald (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Reyes Jr comes into the arena with pain blaring out of the sound system. David McDonald will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Alec Ball and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McDonald avoids a punch combination nicely.
Reyes Jr looks to land a combination but McDonald avoids it well.
Colton Reyes Jr seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Reyes Jr throws a series of punches but McDonald avoids them all with ease.

and McDonald counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
McDonald postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Reyes Jr is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of McDonald, into his guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Reyes Jr would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
McDonald is looking for a triangle but Reyes Jr pushes his legs off easily.

and McDonald decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Reyes Jr's guard.
McDonald postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Reyes Jr is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of McDonald, into his guard.
Reyes Jr wants to get up but he can't break McDonald's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Reyes Jr got a little sloppy there for a moment and McDonald has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Reyes Jr has managed to get both his arms back between McDonald's legs - danger averted.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

McDonald has his feet on Reyes Jr's thighs here. He's pushed Reyes Jr off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Reyes Jr screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
