Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dan Kelly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cyrus Kremlin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Cyrus Kremlin!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Damien Edna and Ben Hemmingworth.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kelly gets off balance looking for a body kick
and Kremlin counters with a nice kick to the body.
The fighters circling - Kelly throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Kelly tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Kremlin paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Kelly throws a series of punches but Kremlin moves out of range.
Kremlin takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Kelly goes for a double leg but Kremlin avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Kremlin continues to drive forward.
Kremlin is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Kelly is keeping busy.
Kremlin connects with a nasty looking knee right to Kelly's face.
Kremlin has a couple of punches blocked by Kelly.
Kremlin can't break the clinch.
Kremlin is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.

Kelly tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Kremlin swivels and escapes.
Both fighters circling a little - Kelly finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.

Kremlin stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Kremlin moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.

We're going to have a standup here because Dan Kelly wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Kelly looks to land a combination but Kremlin avoids it well.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Kelly tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Kremlin attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Kelly looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Kelly throws a half hearted mid kick.

and Kremlin counters with a head kick. That will keep Kelly thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

Kelly rushes Kremlin and presses him up against the cage.
Kremlin lands a hook that snaps the head of Kelly backwards.
Kremlin stops a takedown attempt from Kelly.
Kelly blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Kremlin misses with a shot to the kidneys.

Kelly is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Kremlin's half guard.

Kelly wants to work for an arm triangle but Kremlin is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Dan Kelly.
I think Kremlin has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
