The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Watson doesn't succeed with the takedown
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Ceki throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Watson checks the leg kick nicely there.
Ceki throws a hook to the side of Watson's head but Watson sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Ceki goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Ceki lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.

Ceki doesn't manage to clinch there - Watson circles away.

Watson feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Watson pushes down on Ceki's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Watson frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Watson looking for a guillotine from mount but Ceki is having none of it.

Watson is looking to stand but Watson has his arms wrapped tightly around him, looking to prevent the damage.

Watson quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Watson but it's paid off an Ceki is forced to tap! Nice work by Watson.
