PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Veto Remmi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fred Ramon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ramon throws a hook but Remmi avoids it easily.
Ramon takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
A head kick by Ramon misses
and Remmi counters with a nice body shot.
A leg kick checked by Ramon.
Ramon throws an overhand right that lands on Remmi's shoulder, as Remmi tries to avoid the shot.
Remmi blocks a head kick by Ramon.
Remmi avoids a punch combination nicely.
Remmi uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Ramon.
Remmi dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Ramon. That did some damage!
Ramon looks gassed!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Remmi gets in close and instigates a clinch.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Ramon.
Remmi takes a shot to the head.
Ramon has a couple of punches blocked by Remmi.
Remmi lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Remmi pushes Ramon back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
A shot in the inside from Remmi.
Remmi lands with a left to the head.
Remmi lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
A short uppercut from Remmi.
Ramon is pressed up against the cage. Remmi has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Ramon down to the mat. Ramon avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Remmi lands a with a good body shot.
Remmi lands a big head kick that sends Ramon to the canvas! Remmi follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
