Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brotiz Bruttz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zdeno Chara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zdeno Chara will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bruttz fails with an attempt to clinch.
Bruttz shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Chara as he avoids it easily.
Bruttz connects with a single shot there.
Chara changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bruttz tries to avoid it but Chara manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bruttz to the ground. Bruttz escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Bruttz.
Chara is looking to regain half guard here but Bruttz keeps moving and retains side control.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Chara is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Bruttz wants to improve his position but Chara is controlling well.
Chara takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Bruttz keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.

Chara decides to stand up.

Bruttz forces Chara back against the cage and clinches.

Chara's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Bruttz fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Chara avoids it really well and circles away.

Chara shoots in but no luck this time.

It looks like Brotiz Bruttz has been cut.
