The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hanly closes the distance and clinches up with Berde, looking for a takedown. Hanly pushes Berde against the cage but Berde circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Hanly misses with a few strikes there.
Hanly fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Berde throws a head kick that misses.
Berde is looking to clinch but Hanly is avoiding it.
Hanly scores with a jab to the jaw.
Binho Berde seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Berde drives through with a takedown into Hanly's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

Berde bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Hanly's guard.

Berde is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Hanly is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Hanly flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Berde anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Hanly and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Berde slips an arm under Hanly chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Berde has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Berde is squeezing on Hanly like an anaconda would it's prey. Hanly fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
