The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Raymond on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
McQuinn throws a nice inside leg kick.
Raymond avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
McQuinn wants to clinch

and Raymond counters with a nice double leg into guard.
McQuinn can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Raymond controls the pace.

Raymond engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Raymond has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Raymond really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Raymond won't allow McQuinn to get back to his feet.

Raymond postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! McQuinn is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Raymond, into his guard.

Raymond has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. McQuinn doesn't defend quickly enough and Raymond has managed to lock this one up! Can McQuinn escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Raymond on a fantastic submission victory.
