The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circling - Mcgillicutty throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Mcgillicutty slips a jab from Killington.

Killington turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Mcgillicutty throws a right and a left that Killington avoids nicely.
We've been hearing reports that Mcgillicutty has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

It looks like Buzz Killington has been cut.
Mcgillicutty ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Killington moves away.

That was a close round but I would say that Jack Mcgillicutty will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Killington closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Mcgillicutty! Killington dives in looking to finish! Mcgillicutty is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!

Buzz Killington decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
