Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Boa Aman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Miguel Espaneo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Espaneo takes the fight into the clinch.
Espaneo landing knees to the head.

Espaneo throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Aman is trying to pull guard but Espaneo has him pressed against the cage.

Espaneo's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Aman fails with the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Boa Aman. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Espaneo clinches up with Aman and pushes him back against the cage.

Espaneo breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Aman shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Espaneo but Espaneo pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Aman definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

and Espaneo counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Aman tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Espaneo smiles and moves away.
Aman shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Espaneo pinned against the cage. Espaneo gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Espaneo closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Espaneo decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Aman throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Espaneo has closed the distance and engaged Aman in a clinch.

Espaneo manages to break the clinch.

Espaneo decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Espaneo is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Aman is looking for a sweep. Espaneo is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Espaneo is taking a breather. Aman says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Miguel Espaneo hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Espaneo shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Aman manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Espaneo has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Aman to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Espaneo is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Aman pulls down on the head and he's put Espaneo to sleep! This one is all over!
