The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Thiago Cunha and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alves misses with a series of wild punches.
Alves scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
It looks like Efren Park has been cut.
Alves uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Park.
Alves wants to land a leg kick but Park is out of range.
Park moves to clinch but Alves breaks away
and Alves counters with a leg kick.
Park could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Alves throws a sloppy head kick and Park moves out of range easily.
Alves connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Alves lands a nice looking body kick.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Park takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Park avoids the head kick by Alves.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Alves, right into the meat.
Alves turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Park walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Alves circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Park drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Alves follows Park to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
