PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Alton Mack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Travis Milnes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Alton Mack!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Travis Milnes!
The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Tarja Halkonen and Arvi Lind.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mack connects with a right hand. Milnes shakes it off.
Milnes lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Milnes shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Mack's guard.
Mack will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Milnes drops back looking for a leg! Mack is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Mack manages to kick Milnes off! Milnes jumps back into Mack's guard.

Milnes thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Milnes working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Milnes slips nicely into half guard.
Mack wants to get back to his feet.

Milnes escapes and gets back to his feet.
Mack tries to close the distance and clinch but Milnes swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Milnes shoots in and bounces Mack off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Milnes won't allow Mack to get back to his feet.

Milnes drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Milnes as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Mack screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Milnes! Nice submission victory there!
