Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Patrick Alders and Paul Aken.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Harper manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Cason on his heels. He'll look to pass Cason's guard now, I'm sure.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Harper working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
Cason preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Cason seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.
Harper is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Harper drops back, looking for a kneebar! Cason looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Cason looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Cason!

Harper explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Harper enables Cason to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Harper manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Harper is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Harper uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Cason moves in looking to clinch but Harper pushes him off.

Cason fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Harper sprawls well initially but Cason persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Harper has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Cason is on him like a limpet, forcing Harper back against the cage.
Harper goes for a takedown attempt but Cason pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Cason misses with a body kick.
Cason tries to clinch but Harper moves out of range.

Harper throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Cason tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Harper is in Cason's guard.

Harper postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Harper postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Cason knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Harper on the ground.
Cason is breathing heavily.
Harper keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Cason's head.

Cason is rocked!
Harper has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Harper is working Cason over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Oh Cason is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Harper closes the distance looking for a takedown. Harper picks Cason up and slams him brutally to the floor. Cason is out! He's out cold! Wow, you don't see a finish like that every day!
