The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thomas misses the jab.
Thomas tries for a takedown but Sanchez sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Thomas misses with a two punch combination.

Thomas pushes Sanchez up against the cage in a clinch.
Sanchez tries to score a body lock takedown but Thomas shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Thomas breaks from the clinch.
Thomas shoots in for a double leg but Sanchez sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Sanchez throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

and Sanchez counters with a stiff right hand.

It looks like Lee Thomas has been cut.
Thomas shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Sanchez as he avoids it easily.

Sanchez lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Thomas falls backwards - clearly groggy! Sanchez dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
