Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Hans De Vries (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kogata Munoz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). De Vries comes to the cage accompanied by Duke Lion. Hans De Vries has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Munoz shoots in looking for a takedown but De Vries manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Munoz's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Good leg kick by De Vries there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

We've been hearing good reports from De Vries's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

That was a close round but I would say that Hans De Vries will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from De Vries lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Munoz has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Munoz and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as De Vries accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Hans De Vries.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for De Vries, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
