Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mike Andrews (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Antonio Koval (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Andrews comes to the cage accompanied by Testify - Rage Against The Machine. The crowd seem to be enjoying Koval's choice of entrance music: The Takedown- Yellowcard. The key to victory for Mike Andrews has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Andrews pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Andrews throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Andrews thows a body kick. Koval tries to catch it but that hurt him.

Koval feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Andrews wants to control but Koval passes easily into half guard.
Koval slows the pace down in half guard.

Andrews is looking for a sweep. Koval is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Andrews is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Koval scores with a couple of nice shots.
Andrews has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Koval takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Andrews has hold of Koval's hands but Koval slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Koval perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Koval lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Koval looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Let's hope that Koval has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

I looks like Koval might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
