The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Troy throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Ford was covering up waiting for the punch and Troy finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Troy lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Troy with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Troy forces his way into half guard.
Troy lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Troy drops an elbow to the side of Ford's head.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Troy working over Ford with some ground and pound. Ford looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
Troy slips a nice elbow through Ford's hands, connecting with Ford's forehead.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Troy lands a nice short elbow.

Ford is trying to stand back up but Troy is controlling him
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Troy connects with a nice short shot to Ford's temple.
Troy scores with a big shot! Ford's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Ford! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!
