Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Gaseous Segason (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Coleston (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mike Coleston!
The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Reed Andrews and David Schapiro.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Segason with a poor takedown

and Coleston moves into the clinch.

The crowd are getting on Coleston's back here. They're not happy about his lack of aggression in the clinch.
Segason is trying to pull guard but Coleston turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.

It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Coleston is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Segason can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Segason is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
Coleston cracks Segason with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Coleston pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Segason tries to lock up and control but Coleston gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Coleston is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Segason can't fight it off and eventually Coleston manages to take the fight to the floor. Segason looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Coleston wants the takedown. Segason is fighting it off but Coleston persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Segason's guard against the cage.

Coleston stands and steps away. Segason gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
