The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Halo lands a head kick. Bones smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Bones shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Halo's guard.
Halo wants to get back to his feet but Bones passes into half guard.
Halo pushes Bones off but Bones dives into side control.
Bones prevents Halo from escaping the position.
The referee asks Bones politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Bones prefers to stall for the moment though.
Halo is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Bones has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Bones decides to stand up, so the ref orders Halo to his feet.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Halo delivers a nice body kick.

That kick from Halo tenderised Bones's leg. Bones is trying to keep his angry face on.

Halo lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Bones crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Halo - the referee stops the clock and Bones gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Halo. Bones manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Halo dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Bones. That did some damage!

Bones lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

That was a close second round but I would say that Billy Bones will probably get the nod.

Billy Bones showed his dominance in that final round.
