Garnett comes to the cage accompanied by 2PAC - Hell Raiser. Takahashi has chosen 暗殺者 as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slapping leg kick lands for Garnett.
Garnett scoring well with a low kick there.
Garnett's corner calls for a 1-2. Garnett obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Good leg kick by Garnett there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Garnett stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Takahashi looks to throw the jab but Garnett is out of range.
Garnett will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Kevin Garnett seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Takahashi counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Takahashi.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Takahashi stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Garnett swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Garnett wants to get back to his feet but Takahashi is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Garnett has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.

Takahashi throws an elbow that misses. Garnett uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Takahashi's guard. Nice move by Garnett!

Takahashi has his feet on Garnett's thighs here. He's pushed Garnett off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Garnett screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
