Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Vitomor Silva!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Vladimir Rusev!
The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Daniel Cesar and Matheus Silva.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva avoids the head kick by Rusev.
Silva looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Rusev tries to clinch there but Silva circles away.
Silva throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.

Rusev throws out a head kick that Silva doesn't see coming - it connects and sends Silva crashing to the mat face first! He's bounced up to his knees and is scrambling to get back to his feet and beat the count. He's up on 5 but still looks a bit groggy; will the referee allow it to continue??? He's taking a good look into Silva's eyes and has decided to let it go on!

Silva is rocked!

It looks like Vitomor Silva has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Rusev tries to close the distance and clinch but Silva swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Oh Silva is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Silva definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Silva leaves his chin hanging out and Rusev seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Silva crumbles to the floor in a heap! The referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
