Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Brett Dudley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Le Govic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). John Le Govic has the eye of the tiger tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Le Govic misses with a double jab.
The fight stays on the outside here - Le Govic looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Dudley keeps the fight on the outside.

Dudley fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Le Govic to the ground. Dudley is now in Le Govic's guard.
Dudley will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Dudley is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Brett Dudley just wasn't active enough.

and Dudley counters with a nice low kick that buckles Le Govic's knee momentarily.

Le Govic tries to land a front kick but Dudley steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Dudley shoots in and drives through. Le Govic sprawls well.
John Le Govic is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Le Govic misses with a hook. Dudley ducked under it nicely.

Dudley shoots in looking for a takedown. Le Govic tries to sprawl out of it but Dudley keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Le Govic manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Dudley closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Le Govic's guard.
Dudley not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Dudley seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Le Govic for as long as he can get away with.

Dudley seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

Dudley shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Le Govic pinned against the cage. Le Govic gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Le Govic changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Dudley tries to avoid it but Le Govic manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Dudley to the ground. Dudley escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Dudley really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Dudley's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Le Govic really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Dudley. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Brett Dudley has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.

Dudley manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Le Govic on his heels. He'll look to pass Le Govic's guard now, I'm sure.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Dudley, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
